OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
Our website allows the purchase of certain products that are out of stock. On the product sheet, directly below the price, it indicates the actual number of units in stock. If, instead, it states Available on order, it means we do not have stock in our warehouses and we depend on the delivery times of manufacturers/importers/distributors; therefore, 24/48h delivery is not guaranteed. Please also note that if your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, the complete order will be shipped once all merchandise is received. Our agency delivers within 24/48 hours of shipment.
Should a manufacturer/distributor/importer withdraw a product without prior notice to Ortoactiva, or if it is unavailable through ordinary channels, we will be unable to serve the products and will automatically cancel the order, issuing a refund via the original payment method.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS, AND CLAIMS
The buyer shall have a minimum period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, starting from the day the customer receives the product, without penalty and without providing reasons.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be notified via email to pedidosweb@activasuministromedico.com.
According to current legislation, supplies of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
In any case, returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. To avoid issues during transport, please ensure the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will verify its condition. Upon confirming that the item(s), as well as any components, accessories, promotional gifts, and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount paid for the purchased products. Under no circumstances will the "Shipping" cost be refunded.
- Refund of payment
In the event of an unjustified delay by ORTOACTIVA SUMINISTROS SANITARIOS Y ORTOPÉDICOS S.L. regarding the refund of amounts paid, the customer may claim double the sums paid, without prejudice to the right to be indemnified for damages suffered exceeding that amount.
- Return of defective products
